List of Wild Seed Plants in Jinpenshan Provincial Nature Reserve,Jiangxi Province
The species list is an important achievement of biodiversity research and a key basis of biodi-versity conservation.Jinpenshan Provincial Nature Reserve in Jiangxi province is in the east of Nan-ling Mountains,the transition zone of Jiulianshan and Wuyi Mountains.It is a typical subtropical ev-ergreen broad-leaved forest rich in species.Based on the historical data,the survey of seed plants was supplemented in 2018-2019,and the survey results were compiled based on the data of The Biological Species List in China(2024).The results show the following.Firstly,there are 1660 species of wild seed plants of 162 families,751 genera in Jinpenshan Reserve.Secondly,among the wild seed plants in Jinpenshan Reserve,the top 10 families with the largest number of species were Rosaceae,Poace-ae,Asteraceae,Fabaceae,Lamiaceae,Lauraceae(54 species),Rubiaceae,Fagaceae,Cyperaceae,Polygonaceae.Thirdly,the top 10 genera are Rubus,Persicaria,Ilex,Lithocarpus,Prunus,Quer-cus,Symplocos,Carex,Callicarpa and Rhododendron.Fourthly,there are 31 species under state pro-tection.The above list can provide a theoretical basis for the investigation of plant resources and the maintenance of biodiversity in Jinpenshan Reserve.
