Study on Factors Influencing the Flowability and Strength of Geopolymer Grouting Materials
To optimize the formulation of polymer grouting materials, improve their flowability and strength, reduce reliance on traditional cement and provide a novel and efficient construction material, this study systematically investigates the influence of four key factors-cement content, alkali equiva-lent,water-to-binder ratio, and superplasticizer dosage-on the flowability and strength of alkali-acti-vated kaolin-based polymer grouting materials using an orthogonal experimental design.Experimental results reveal that the best flowability of the polymer grouting material is achieved at a cement content of 45%,alkali equivalent of 7.8%,water-to-binder ratio of 0.77 and superplasticizer dosage of 0.75%.The highest strength of the polymer grouting material is obtained at a cement content of 45%,alkali equivalent of 7.8%,water-to-binder ratio of 0.75,and superplasticizer dosage of 0.75%.A-mong these four factors, alkali equivalent and superplasticizer dosage exert the most significant influ-ence on flowability, while cement content and alkali equivalent play dominant roles in strength.
