摘要
为更好指导胸段食管鳞癌颈部淋巴结清扫,中国抗癌协会食管癌专业委员会组织国内相关领域专家,经过讨论和修改,形成《胸段食管癌颈部淋巴结清扫技术中国专家共识(2024版)》(以下简称共识).本共识阐述颈部淋巴结清扫的解剖和手术技术,总结并发症及其处理策略,旨在规范临床医师对胸段食管癌颈部淋巴结清扫技术的手术操作.
Abstract
To better guide the cervical lymph node dissection for thoracic esophageal squa-mous cell carcinoma,the Esophageal Cancer Professional Committee of China Anti-Cancer Association organizes experts in related fields in China to form the Chinese Expert Consensus On Cervical Lymph Node Dissection Technology Of Thoracic Esophageal Cancer(2024 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the consensus)after discussion and modification.The consensus outlines the anatomy and surgical techniques of cervical lymph node dissection,summarizes the complications and their management strategies.It aims to standardize the cervical lymph node dissection technology of thoracic esopha-geal cancer by clinical physicians.
