摘要
辅助肝移植(ALT)保留自体肝脏功能,对急性肝衰竭、遗传代谢性疾病的治疗有重要意义.ALT还可利用小体积供肝和多米诺供肝,缓解临床上供肝不足的问题.《辅助肝移植临床应用指南(2024版)》依据现有临床证据和专家意见,针对ALT应用策略和临床要点问题给出推荐意见,旨在指导临床医师合理开展ALT,在提高技术能力的同时改善受者预后.
Abstract
Auxiliary liver transplantation(ALT)preserves autologous liver function and is of great significance for the treatment of acute liver failure and genetic metabolic diseases.ALT can also utilize small volume liver grafts and domino liver grafts,to alleviate the insufficiency of donor livers in clinical practice.The Clinical Application Guidelines for Auxiliary Liver Transplantation(2024 Edition)provides recommendations on strategies for ALT application and key issues in clinical prac-tice based on existing clinical evidence and expert opinions,aiming to guide clinicians in the rational use of ALT and improve patient prognosis while enhancing technical capabilities.
