能量消融术在肝细胞癌治疗中的临床应用与研究前景

摘要
肝细胞癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率与死亡率居高不下,严重影响群众健康.能量消融术作为肝细胞癌的一种有效治疗方式,相较于传统外科手术,具有微创、精准、可重复等优势,因此在临床实践中受到广泛关注.本文从基本原理、临床应用、疗效评价、联合治疗及研究前景等方面对肝细胞癌的能量消融治疗进行述评.
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic,with high morbidity and mortality,affecting the public health seriously.As an effective treatment method for hepatocellular carcinoma,energy-based ablation technique has some advantages including minimally invasive,accurate and reproducible,compared with traditional surgery.Therefore,it has attracted wide attention in clinic.This article reviews the energy-based ablation therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma from the aspects of basic principle,clinical application,efficacy evaluation,combination therapy and research prospect.
