中国式现代化驾驭资本的理论逻辑与基本路径——基于马克思主义政治经济学维度的考察

摘要
驾驭资本是中国式现代化面临的重大理论和实践问题.一方面,资本具有创造文明的作用,不断推进社会生产力发展和社会关系发展;另一方面,资本逐利本能引发了现代性的诸多内在矛盾.中国式现代化驾驭资本的实践必须坚持马克思主义基本原理,在生产关系内部调节层面充分发挥公有资本主导作用,引导非公有资本积极作为,在上层建筑层面运用中国共产党与政府力量调节资本内在矛盾.这是中国式现代化驾驭资本的关键所在.
Abstract
Controlling capital is the core concept for understanding and constructing modern society.On the one hand,capital has the function of creating civilization,continuously promoting the development of social productivity and social relations;On the other hand,the instinct of capital seeking profit has triggered many inherent contradictions in modernity.The practice of Chinese path to modernization in controlling capital must adhere to the basic principles of Marxism,give full play to the leading role of public capital in the internal adjustment of production relations,and guide non-public capital to actively act;the key to Chinese path to modernization is to use the CPC and government forces to adjust the internal contradictions of capital at the superstructure level.
