The Essence and Practice of Further Deepening Reform in the Perspective of System Concept
Adherence to the systems concept is one of the six major principles that the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed and should be followed to further deepening reform comprehensively.This principle is not only the essential requirement of the Marxist system concept and the valuable experience of the CPC in leading reform and development,but also the creative transformation and innova-tive development of traditional Chinese philosophical thinking and modern systems science theory.At the same time,it is also important to recognize that the system concept of deepening reform is people-centered,rule-based,out-of-the-box,and optimize the system with dynamic.Adhering to the system concept to further deepening reform comprehensively re-quires that in practice,it is more based on strategic thinking,more adherence to integration and balance,more attention to the focus of reform priorities,and more attention to the opening strategy.We should truly realize the sense of system-atic conception to lead further deepening reform comprehensive and promote Chinese modernization.
