Further Deepening of Comprehensive Reforms to Alleviate the Plight of New Quality Productivity Development
With the in-depth development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,the elements of new-quality productivity development and the new-type relations of production that are compati-ble with them are facing many contradictions.Therefore,it is necessary to return to the Marxian productivity theory to analyze the components of productivity and the shaping of new production relations in the development of new-quality productive forces,and to seek a theoretical basis for further deepening the reform in a comprehensive manner.On this basis,we should examine the dilemmas facing the development of new productivity in terms of the integration of the components of productivity,the coordinated development of industries,and the institutional environment,and crack them by further deepening reforms to promote the integrated development of science and technology,education,and human re-sources,to build a modernized industrial system,and to reform the economic system,so as to continuously promote the deep and profound development of new productivity.
