Multi-Dimensional Concept and Scale Development of Competency Quality of Rural Wealthy Leaders
Constructing a standardized and scientific multidimensional concept and scale for the competency quality of rural wealthy leaders is benefit to understand the true level of their quality in the context of rural revitalization,provide some references for the government to cultivate rural wealthy leaders,which is important significance for improving the quality of rural wealthy leaders.This study refined the competency dimensions of rural wealthy leaders,measured the competence quality of rural wealth leaders,and empirically test the scientific validity and operability of the developed scale using exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis.The results indicated that the competency qualities of rural wealthy leaders include 16 characteristics,such as smart agricultural production,ecological agricultural knowledge,rural e-commerce operation,resource integration,data analysis,assistance ability,and ability to acquire social capital.These 16 characteristics could be further classified into three dimensions,including agricultural professional knowledge,agricultural skills and leadership ability.The three dimensions were both interconnected and distinctive,formed an organic whole.The competency quality scale for rural wealthy leaders constructed on this basis has good validity,which could not only effectively reflects the competency quality level of rural wealthy leaders,but also clearly presents the uniqueness of their competency quality.
