长江经济带农业减污降碳协同发展水平评估及影响机制研究

文章以长江经济带作为研究对象,基于2006-2021年面板数据,首先运用耦合协调度模型测算出长江经济带农业减污降碳协同发展水平,在此基础上对长江经济带农业耦合协调度水平分布进行阐述,然后利用Dagum基尼系数探究长江经济带农业减污降碳协同发展水平的空间差异,最后建立回归模型分析长江经济带农业减污降碳协同发展水平的影响因素。研究发现:长江经济带减污降碳协同水平存在明显空间差异,总体呈现上升态势,超变密度对空间分异贡献最大;除2006年长江经济带减污降碳耦合协调度为勉强协调水平外,其余年份全域皆为濒临失调水平。具体来看,上游地区减污降碳耦合协调程度整体优于其他地区,而重庆和上海农业减污降碳协同发展表现比较突出,基本稳定在初级协调水平;机械化水平、农村教育水平、产业结构、农村经济水平、财政支农对长江经济带农业减污降碳协同发展水平影响因地区不同存在一定差异。
Assessment of the Level and Influencing Mechanism of the Collaborative Development of Agricultural Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt
Taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,based on the panel data from 2006 to 2021,the coupled coordination degree model was first used to estimate and analyze the level of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon synergistic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.On this basis,the distribution of the coupled coordination degree level of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was elaborated,and then the Dagum Gini coefficient was used to analyze the spatial differences of the cooperative development level.Finally,a regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors for the level of cooperative development of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It was found that there were obvious spatial differences in the coordination level of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,with an overall upward trend,and the supervariable density contributing the most to the spatial differentiation.The coupling coordination degree of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was barely coordinated in 2006,but the other years were on the verge of imbalance.Specifically,the coupling coordination degree of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the upstream region was better than that in other regions as a whole,while the collaborative development performance of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction in Chongqing and Shanghai was relatively outstanding,basically stabilizing at the primary coordination level;the effects of mechanization level,rural education level,industrial structure,rural economic level and financial support for agriculture on the level of coordinated development of agricultural pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt vary somewhat by region.
