摘要
为进一步改进供应链质量，改善传统供应链质量管理问题，通过对敏捷项目管理的探索，应用其迭代增量思想，针对特定案例设计了敏捷项目管理模型。基于模型数据分析，对比传统供应链质量改进结果，得出敏捷项目管理对于供应链的质量改进具有显著的效果。最后对模型进行评价，并提出展望。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of the supply chain and solve the he problem of traditional supply chain quality management, through preliminary exploration of the Agile Project Management (APM), apply the thought of the Iterative-increment to a certain case, and design an APM model for this case. Based on the result of data analysis, comparing the result of traditional quality improvement model, we ifgure out the APM has remarkable effect on the quality improvement in supply chin. Finally we evaluate the model and look ahead.
