摘要
一般情况下，大型混凝土承台模板加固，通常用钢筋加丝杆焊接做内拉，螺母固定，以防止模板开模，造成事故。在海阳核电一期输出线路塔基工程中，本着绿色、环保、节约成本的管理理念，采用预应力混凝土用钢绞线加固模板，预应力混凝土用钢绞线能重复利用，便于抽出。PVC管注水工艺恰恰又起到降低大体积混凝土水化热的作用，防止混凝土裂缝，取得良好的效果。
