摘要
建筑业存在较严重的浪费现象和生产效率低下问题，并引起了行业的广泛关注。建设工程生命周期管理（BLM）被视为解决这些问题的关键。通过对BLM的实施过程，即信息的创建、管理和共享过程进行研究，探讨BLM的实现方式和各实施阶段面临的主要问题。
Abstract
The serious waste and low production efficiency in the AEC industry have drawn wide attention. Building lifecycle management (BLM) is considered the key to solve these problems. This paper analyses and discusses the implementating process of the BLM, including information creation, management and sharing, and explores the main problems facing the implementating process.
