米糠膨化加工的新工艺与设备

摘要
通过对米糠挤压膨化的工艺条件、米糠挤压稳定过程、米糠挤压设备等进行全面的分析研究。选择单螺杆挤压机作为米糠膨化设备,采用新的膨化工艺,以超临界CO2流体作为膨化剂,并对螺杆和模头等进行新的结构设计。引入自动化控制系统,来实现对膨化过程的实时控制。
Abstract
By full research on the process conditions of rice brain extrusion pufifng, the stabilization of rice bran extrusion, and rice bran extrusion equipment. The Single-screw extrusion machine is choosed as rice pufifng equipment. the supercrcritical carbon work as bulking agent in the new pufifng process, designing the new strutures of the screw and modle.introuducing the automatic control system to achieve the real-time control of the pufifng process.
