摘要
我国物业服务行业发展至今，外部环境正在发生重大变化，行业生存与发展的困境加大，压力递增。行业加快转型升级摆脱困境、谋求新出路，已经显得刻不容缓。顺应发展的要求，行业企业应该寻求新的客户、市场定位和市场空间，实行业务系统流程再造和商业模式创新，加快技术的升级换代，努力进行服务的转型升级。从目前情况看，行业服务孕育着由物业服务向社区服务转型、向服务集成供给转型等的服务新模式。物业服务行业应加快观念创新、人力资源创新、商业模式创新、技术创新和经营服务资源创新，促使转型升级的尽快实现。
