摘要

我国物业服务行业发展至今,外部环境正在发生重大变化,行业生存与发展的困境加大,压力递增。行业加快转型升级摆脱困境、谋求新出路,已经显得刻不容缓。顺应发展的要求,行业企业应该寻求新的客户、市场定位和市场空间,实行业务系统流程再造和商业模式创新,加快技术的升级换代,努力进行服务的转型升级。从目前情况看,行业服务孕育着由物业服务向社区服务转型、向服务集成供给转型等的服务新模式。物业服务行业应加快观念创新、人力资源创新、商业模式创新、技术创新和经营服务资源创新,促使转型升级的尽快实现。

Abstract

the development of the property services industry in China now, the external environment is undergoing major changes, increase industry survival and development difficulties, the pressure increasing. Industry to speed up the transformation and upgrading, to seek a new way to get rid of the dilemma, appears to have been crunch time. Conform to the development of the industry requirements, enterprises should seek new customers, market positioning and market space, the implementation of business process reengineering and business model innovation system, accelerate technology upgrading, upgrading and transformation efforts to carry out the service. Judging from the current situation, the service industry gestates new service mode by property services to community service, service transition to integrated supply transformation etc.. Property services industry should speed up the concept of innovation, human resources innovation, business model innovation, technology innovation and management innovation service resources, promote the transformation and upgrading as soon as possible.
