大型房地产企业第三方工程质量评价

摘要
目前，房地产业已成为我国的支柱性产业，作为国民经济新的增长点，为中国经济的快速增长作出了贡献。然而，工程质量问题是房地产企业当前所面临的一个重大问题。为提高房地产企业的工程质量管理水平，本文引入了第三方工程质量评价体系，对工程质量的好坏进行评价。在分析我国大型房地产企业在工程质量管理中存在问题的基础上，介绍了第三方工程质量评价的流程，建立了质量过程评价和最终评价相结合、工程实体质量和参与方质量管理行为相结合的第三方工程质量评价体系，并制订了评价标准。
Abstract
Currently, the real estate industry has become a pillar industry and make a contribution to the rapid growth of Chinese economy as a new growth point of the national economy. However the quality of project is a major issue that the real estate enterprises facing. In order to improve the project quality management level, the third-party engineering quality evaluation system is introduced to evaluate the quality of project. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing, the third-party engineering quality evaluation system process is introduced. Then the third-party evaluation system is established. This system is a combination of two aspects. One is the combination of the ifnal evaluation of the quality with the evaluation process;and on the other hand is a combination of engineering solid quality with participants’ management behaviors .Finally, evaluation standards are formulated.
