摘要
居民小区的照明设施设备不仅具有照明功能，也具有装饰和美化的作用，在满足照明和美化功能的同时也要注意到节能环保所带来的经济效益和社会效益，以满足人们的需要。因此，物业服务企业必须认识到照明设施设备管理的重要性，改变观念，加强管理，取得社会效益和经济效益“双赢”的效果。本文对居民小区照明设施设备的管理进行了简单分析。
Abstract
Lighting facilities in residential area not only has the function of illumination, but also has the role of decorative and landscaping. While meeting the function of lighting and landscaping, it is also noticing the economic beneifts and social beneifts, in order to meet the need of people. Therefore, property management companies must recognize the importance of lighting facilities management, change attitudes, and strengthen management, to achieve social and economic beneifts"win-win"effect. In this paper, I will make a simple analysis on the residential area lighting facilities management.
