由里耶秦简看洞庭郡动植物资源的开发与保护

摘要
里耶秦简中有不少关于捕捉动物和采集草木的记录.其中捕鸟和捕猿用于贡赋,黔首捕虎所得虎肉可供官府出售,草木通过劳作被加工成各种生活用具.这些都是对当地动植物资源的开发与利用,反映出洞庭郡相对优越的自然环境.秦律限制捕捉动物的数量和捕猎时间,植物资源的采集也有季节限制,在一定程度上是对当地环境的合理保护,有利于资源的可持续利用.
Abstract
There are many records about catching animals and collecting grass and trees in Liye Qin Jian.Birds and apes are used for tribute.The meat obtained from tiger hunting by Qianshou can be sold by the government.Grass and trees become a variety of living utensils through labor and process-ing.This is the development and utilization of the local environment,reflecting the relatively superior environment of Dongting County.Qin Law limited the number of captured animals and the hunting time,and the collection of plant resources also had seasonal limits,which to a certain extent was a rea-sonable protection of the local environment and conducive to the sustainable use of resources.
