MoS2的制备及其超声催化性能

以钼酸钠和硫脲为原料,用水热法制备了系列MoS2催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、TEM等技术,对MoS2催化剂的晶相结构及表面形貌尺寸等进行了表征,以染料亚甲基蓝探究了 MoS2样品的超声催化性能.结果表明,所得MoS2催化剂粒径分布范围为0.5~5 pm,当钼酸钠与硫脲摩尔比小于等于1∶9时,所得MoS2样品具有六方晶相结构及结晶度相对较好;超声催化实验结果表明,钼硫摩尔比为1∶3时,所得MoS2的超声催化性能最佳,超声12 min时,对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达94.08%.
Preparation and Ultrasonic Catalytic Performance of MoS2
A series of MoS2 were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium molybdate and thiourea as raw materials.The crystal phase structure,morphology size and elemental composition of the obtained MoS2 catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM techniques.The ultrasonic cat-alytic performance of MoS2 samples was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue.The results showed that the particle size distribution range of the obtained MoS catalyst was 0.5~5 μm.When the molar ratio of sodium molybdate to thiourea is less than or equal to 1∶7,the obtained MoS2 sample ex-hibited hexagonal phase structure and the crystallinity was relatively good.The results of ultrasonic ca-talysis demonstrated that when the molar ratio of sodium molybdate to thiourea was 1∶3,the obtained MoS2 catalyst showed the best ultrasonic catalytic activity which could degrade 94.08%of methylene blue within 12 min.
