The Communist Party of China's Carrying out Ecological and Environmental Protection in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area:Historical Practice and Experience
During the Anti-Japanese War,in order to improve the ecological environment,solve the problem of survival,and win the victory of the revolution,the Communist Party of China carried out ecological and environmental protection practices in the Shaan-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area by for-mulating afforestation plans,carrying out afforestation activities,exploring scientific forest protection methods,issuing afforestation policies and regulations,and publicizing tree protection methods.In terms of ideological education,development concepts,personnel training,legal thinking,and resource development,it provides practical enlightenment for the construction of socialist ecological conserva-tion with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
