摘要

教育情怀本质上是一种情感现象.地方师范院校师范生是本地区中小教师的主要师资来源,其教育情怀的内涵有着自身的特点.涵养教育情怀对于地方师范院校师范生确定职业理想、坚定从教意愿、强化专业知识、培养教师责任感、促进中小学素质教育发展等有重要意义,可以通过院校培养、自身提升、环境熏陶以及社会保障等途径进行涵养.

Abstract

Educational feelings are essentially a kind of emotional phenomenon.Local normal uni-versity students are the main source of primary and secondary school teachers in this region,and the connotation of their educational feelings has its own characteristics.It is of great significance for local normal university students to improve their professional quality,strengthen their willingness to teach,strengthen their professional literacy and promote targeted students'development,which can be culti-vated in three ways:self-cognition,the creation of humanistic environment and social security.
