Wang Jie,as a famous minister of Shaanxi in the Qing Dynasty,had a deep connection with Guanxue.Wang Jie's thought on Yiology is also deeply influenced by Guanxue.Xingyuan's Yiolo-gy Viewpiont focused on the explanation of morality,and combined it with his personal experience and understanding as a government official,emphasizing that kings should sincerely benefit the people and officials should"uphold their loyalty to the state".Wang Jie's thought of Yiology takes the spirit of Ganxu learning,such as earnestly practicing rites and education,and advocating for integrity and digni-ty,as its purpose.Wang Jie's compatible and open attitude towards scholarship,as well as his research method of combining the principles of image and number with historical evidence,is an inheritance and development of the compreshensive and open approach to the interpretation of the Yiology in Guan-zhong,as well as the emphasis on"taking images"and"the equivalence between images and words"in the interpretation ofthe Yiology.
