Research on the Cultivation of Cross-cultural Communication Skills of Chinese Foreign-Related Rule of Law Talents in the New Era
Based on six universities as a sample,the shortcomings of training objectives,disci-pline construction,curriculum and teaching material system in the cultivation of intercultural communi-cation competence at the emotional,cognitive and behavioral levels are examined.On the whole,uni-versities still need to find out their own positioning and realistic needs on the basis of cultivating for-eign legal talents'rational emotions towards their own country and foreign countries,dealing with the cognitive relationship between"legal English"and"law+English",and the interactive relationship be-tween domestic law and foreign law.Different from the traditional cultivation rules and strategies,the learning potential of foreign legal talents is mobilized through"role-playing"and emotional experi-ence,so as to improve the cross-cultural communication ability and promote the cultivation of multi-level,all-round and high-quality foreign legal talents.
