社区应急治理能力研究进展

摘要
安全稳定的社区环境对社会整体和谐发展具有重要支撑作用.面对各种突发事件所带来的各种不确定风险,城市安全和可持续发展受到严重制约,提高社区应急治理能力具有很强的现实意义.基于文献计量学和科学知识图谱相关理论,借助CiteSpace软件对我国社区应急治理能力进行可视化分析,并在此基础上梳理出我国社区应急治理能力的研究重点、演变趋势.研究发现:国内社区应急治理能力研究正处于快速发展阶段,当前我国的社区应急治理能力建设经历了定性到定量、单一维度到多维度全周期评估的历程,本研究为社区应急治理能力研究提供新的思路与未来研究方向.
Abstract
A safe and stable community environment is crucial to supporting the harmonious devel-opment of society as a whole.In the face of various uncertain risks brought about by various emergen-cies,urban security and sustainable development are severely constrained,and it is of great practical significance to improve community emergency governance capacity.This paper applies related theories such as bibliometrics and scientific knowledge mapping to visualize and analyze China's community emergency governance capacity with the help of CiteSpace software.This enables us to identify the re-search focus and evolution trend of China's community emergency governance capacity.It can be ob-served that research on community emergency governance capacity in China is currently undergoing a period of rapid development.This is evidenced by the fact that the current community emergency gov-ernance capacity building in China has progressed from qualitative to quantitative,from single-dimen-sional to multidimensional full-cycle assessment.This study provides new ideas and future research di-rections for the research on community emergency governance capacity.
