The Coordinated Development of Small-scale Rural Schools and Central Schools in the New Era
Rural small schools,located at the end of the educational nerve,have gradually devel-oped problems such as unreasonable teacher structure,lack of targeted education and training,and in-sufficient development of school-based curriculum in the development process.For the purposes of solving these many problems,from the perspective of collaborative education,the characteristic re-sources of rural small schools are combined with the development force of central schools.Starting from the school cooperation and family-school cooperation,the linkage role of teachers and principals on both sides is played,the advantages of local resources in curriculum development are developed,a teacher growth model integrating research and training is constructed,and reasonable incentive mea-sures are formulated and implemented.In addition,by improving the quality of family-school coopera-tion through more specific measures,the aim is to support the revitalization of rural education and ac-celerate the construction of a high-quality education system.
