湿法回收钕铁硼永磁废料研究现状及展望

钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁废料通常含有20%-40%的Nd、Pr、Dy、Tb等稀土有价元素,具有很高的回收价值.湿法回收因具有原料适用性广、回收率高、产品纯度高、工艺成熟等优点,被认为是最具潜力的回收方法.本文阐述了NdFeB永磁废料的回收潜力,总结了当前NdFeB永磁废料回收方法的优缺点,并对湿法回收NdFeB永磁废料进行了深入探讨.重点探讨了如何利用湿法回收的溶浸、萃取、沉淀这三种主要工艺提高有价金属回收率和降低回收成本的技术挑战,并对湿法回收NdFeB永磁废料现状进行总结和提出新的展望,以期为从事NdFeB永磁废料回收人员提供一定参考.
Research Progress and Prospect of Hydrometallurgical Recycling Technologies for NdFeB Magnet Waste
NdFeB magnet waste usually contains 20%to 40%of Nd,Pr,Dy,Tb and other rare earth,which has high recovery value.Hydrometallurgical recycling method is considered as the most promising recovery method because of the ad-vantages of wide applicability of raw materials,high recovery rate,high product purity,and mature process.In this review,the recovery potential of NdFeB magnet waste is described,the advantages and disadvantages of different NdFeB magnet waste recovery methods are summarized,and the hydrometallurgical recycling method for the recovery of NdFeB magnet waste is dis-cussed in depth.In particular,this review focuses on the technical challenges of improving the recovery rate and reducing the cost of recycling valuable metals by using the three main processes of leaching,extraction,and precipitation for hydrometallur-gical recycling method.And it concludes with a summary of the current status in the hydrometallurgical recycling method for NdFeB magnet waste and a new outlook.This review provides some useful references for enterprises or personnel engaged in the recovery of NdFeB magnet waste.
