镁合金作为轻质金属结构材料目前已获得广泛的研究应用,新型稀土镁合金的开发是进一步提高镁合金应用价值的重要体现.Ho在Mg中具有较高的固溶度,能显著细化晶粒,提高合金的室温和高温力学性能,增强合金的耐腐蚀性.本文主要从Mg-Ho二元合金、Mg-Ho-X(RE,Zn)、Mg-X-Ho(X=Al,Zn,RE)系合金进行了综述.对目前含Ho镁合金的研究现状进行了归纳总结,指出了目前含Ho镁合金的优势及不足之处,希望能对含Ho镁合金的研究提供新的思路.
Research Status of Ho-containing Magnesium Alloy
As a lightweight metal structural material,magnesium alloy has been widely studied and applied,and the de-velopment of a new rare earth magnesium alloy is an important embodiment to further improve the application value of magnesi-um alloy.Ho has a high solid solubility in magnesium,which can significantly refine grains,improve the mechanical proper-ties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature,and enhance the corrosion resistance of the alloy.In this paper,Mg-Ho binary alloys,Mg-Ho-X(RE,Zn),and Mg-X-Ho(X=Al,Zn,RE)alloys are reviewed.The current research status of Ho-containing magnesium alloys is summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of current Ho-containing magnesium alloys are pointed out,hoping to provide new ideas for the research of Ho-containing magnesium alloys.
