高压密闭消解-ICP-AES法测定沉积型稀土矿中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Y、Nb、Zr

采用对位聚苯作为高压密闭消解罐材料,在240℃条件下,用HNO3-NH4HF2快速分解了沉积型稀土矿中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Y、Nb和Zr,然后用H2S04赶酸破坏消解液中的稀土氟化物,在5％HCl-5％酒石酸介质中,通过优选分析谱线和基体匹配校正干扰,建立了高压密闭消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定沉积型稀土矿中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Y、Nb和Zr.相比于传统的密闭溶样法,本方法的分解温度更高、周期更短、效率更高.采用其他分析方法对实际样品进行对比测试,结果基本一致.
La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Y,Nb,and Zr were rapidly decomposed in a sealed digestion tank available for para poly-phenylene by HNO3-NH4HF2 at 240 ℃ in sedimentary rare earth ores.H2SO4 was used to drive acid to destroy the rare earth fluoride in the digestion solution,in the medium of 5％HCl-5％tartaric acid,the interference was corrected by optimizing the analytical spectralline and matrix matching.A method for the determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Y,Nb,and Zr in sedimenta-ry rare earth ores by high-pressure closed digestion inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The method has a higher decomposition temperature,a shorter cycle,and higher efficiency than the traditional closed-vessel digestion method.The results were in agreement with other methods according to the actual sample test analysis.
