脉冲-红外吸收法测定稀土铁合金中的氧含量

实验采用脉冲-红外吸收法,建立了稀土铁合金中氧含量的测定方法,分别考察了助熔剂、样品制备方式、加热功率等条件对测定结果的影响.结果表明,选用颗粒制备样品,以镍篮为助熔剂,分析功率为5000 W,在优化条件下,测得该方法检出下限为0.0014%,应用该方法测试实际样品,相对标准偏差为1.80%~4.46%(n=11),加标回收率为92.3%~115.5%.该方法操作简单快捷,精密度好,结果准确可靠,具有一定的实际应用价值.
Impulse-infrared Absorption Method for Determination of Oxygen Content in Rare Earth Ferro-alloy
In this paper,a method of determination of oxygen content in rare earth ferro-alloys by inert gas pulse-infrared absorption was established.The effects of flux,sample preparation method,heating power and other conditions on the determi-nation results were investigated.The results showed the sample was prepared with particles nickel basket as the flux and analy-sis power was 5000 W.Under optimized conditions,the detection limit of the method was 0.0014%,the relative standard de-viation(RSD)of the actual sample was 1.80%to 4.46%(n=11),and the recoveries were 92.3%~115.5%.The method has the advantages of simple and fast operation,good precision,accurate and reliable results,it has certain practical applica-tion value.
