新能源车用高性能钕铁硼磁铁极端工况条件下磁性能经时变化的研究

通过冷热冲击试验、高温存储试验、高温高湿试验、高压加速寿命试验,研究了新能源车用高性能钕铁硼磁铁极端工况条件下的磁性能经时变化.研究表明,高性能钕铁硼磁铁在良好的涂层防护条件下,磁性能的变化主要受高温影响,磁铁的设计最高工作温度高于实际工作温度时,经历长期的极端工况,磁铁不可逆磁损低于1%,此结果有助于后续开展高性能钕铁硼的服役性能评价,对完善钕铁硼的评价标准起到积极的促进作用.
Study on Magnetic Properties of High Performance NdFeB Magnets for NEVs under Extreme Working Conditions
The long-lived changes of magnetic properties of high-performance NdFeB magnets for New Energy Vehicles(NEVs)under extreme conditions were studied through a series of experiments including high temperature storage test,ther-mal shock test,high temperature and humidity storage test,highly accelerated stress test.It indicates that the changes of mag-netic properties are mainly affected by high temperature under the condition of good coating protection of high-performance Nd-FeB magnets.When the maximum designed operating temperature of the magnet is higher than the actual,the irreversible magnetic loss is less than 1%after long-term extreme working conditions,which is helpful for the subsequent service evalua-tion of high-performance NdFeB and possesses a positive guiding significance to improve the evaluation standards of NdFeB.
