采用浸渍法制备了乳酸改性的Ce-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂,通过XRD、N2-吸附脱附等一系列测试手段表征了催化剂的理化性能,并采用固定床微型反应器测试了催化剂的脱硝性能.测试结果表明,乳酸的引入没有改变载体的晶型结构及孔道结构,但提高了催化剂的涂覆效果及耐磨性能.适量乳酸的添加,提高了催化剂的表面酸量、还原性能及化学吸附氧的含量,从而提高了催化剂的脱硝性能.同时,添加适量乳酸具有提高催化剂耐SO2/H2O蒸气的性能.
Effect of Lactic Acid on the SCR Performance of Plate-type Ce-Mo/Ti Catalyst
The lactic acid modified Ce-Mo/Ti catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption desorption,etc.The denitration performance of the cata-lyst was investigated with a micro fixed-bed reactor.The results show that the crystal structure and pore structure of Ce-Mo/Ti catalyst do not change with the loading of lactic acid,but the washcoating uniformity and wear resistance of the catalyst was improved.With an appropriate amount of lactic acid,the surface acidity,redox property and chemisorbed oxygen content of the catalyst are enhanced,resulting in improved the denitration activity of catalyst.Additionally,the tolerance of catalyst to SO2and H2O is also improved.
