Effect of Lactic Acid on the SCR Performance of Plate-type Ce-Mo/Ti Catalyst
The lactic acid modified Ce-Mo/Ti catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption desorption, etc. The denitration performance of the cata-lyst was investigated with a micro fixed-bed reactor. The results show that the crystal structure and pore structure of Ce-Mo/Ti catalyst do not change with the loading of lactic acid, but the washcoating uniformity and wear resistance of the catalyst was improved. With an appropriate amount of lactic acid, the surface acidity, redox property and chemisorbed oxygen content of the catalyst are enhanced, resulting in improved the denitration activity of catalyst.Additionally, the tolerance of catalyst to SO2and H2O is also improved.
