Phthalic acid(PA)can separate rare earth from fluorite efficiently in weak acid system.Under the condition of sulfuric acid dosage of 1.8 kg/t,inhibitor sodium silicate dosage of 2.1 kg/t and phthalic acid dosage of 2.4 kg/t,fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 95.23％and its recovery rate of 84.19％were obtained by closed-circuit test in a way of"one roughing-three refining-two scavenging middling".Reasonable collector and pulp pH are the key to realize continuous flotation of fluorite and rare earth,which can improve the utilization rate of Baiyun Obo ore resources.
