Dy3+∶YAG黄色荧光粉的合成和发光特性研究

采用固相法制备了一系列不同浓度Dy3+掺杂的Y3Al5O12(Dy∶YAG)荧光粉,并在室温下分别测试了样品的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和荧光衰减曲线等,结果显示,所有的样品均在蓝色光447 nm激发下实现了峰值波长为582 nm的黄光发射,荧光粉的吸收强度随着Dy3+掺杂浓度的增加而增强,荧光发射强度随之先增加而后减小.详细讨论了Dy3+掺杂浓度对Dy∶YAG荧光粉发光特性的影响,对浓度猝灭的原因进行了分析.通过计算获得的色度坐标图显示,所有样品的色坐标位于黄光区域.结果表明Dy∶YAG黄色荧光粉的最佳掺杂浓度为4%(原子分数).
Preparation and Luminescence Properties of Dy3+∶YAG Yellow Phosphors
A series of Dy3+doped Y3Al5O12(Dy∶YAG)phosphors with different concentrations were prepared by solid-state method.The absorption spectra,luminescence spectra and luminescence decay curves of the samples were measured at room temperature.The results show that all samples achieved the yellow emission with a peak wavelength of 582 nm excited at 447 nm.The absorption intensity of Dy∶YAG phosphors increased with the increase of Dy3+concentration,while the emission increased first and then decreased.The influence of Dy3+concentration on the luminescence characteristics of Dy∶YAG phos-phors was discussed,and the reasons for concentration quenching were analyzed.The chromaticity coordinate map obtained through calculation shows that the color coordinates of all samples are located in the yellow light region.It can be concluded that the best doping concentration of Dy∶YAG is about 4%(atomic fraction).
