稀土储氢材料是镍氢电池和固态储氢装置不可或缺的主要原材料.而在研发和生产稀土储氢材料过程中,PCT曲线(压力-组成-等温线)是必然测试的性能曲线.针对PCT测试系统自动化测试效率低和操作繁琐等问题,本文设计了一种自适应循环调压的新型PCT测试系统.介绍了该系统的硬件结构设计、基本测试原理、自适应循环调压方法的数学模型和软件结构设计;使用USB-6002数据采集卡进行数据采集,对采集数据的准确度进行了优化;利用LabVIEW软件编写测试程序,设计了合理的自动化测试步骤,降低了操作难度,提高了自动化测试效率.
LabVIEW-based Adaptive Cyclic Voltage Regulator PCT Test System
Rare earth hydrogen storage materials are indispensable raw materials for nickel-metal hydride batteries and solid-state hydrogen storage devices.In the process of R&D and production of rare earth hydrogen storage materials,PCT curve(pressure-composition-isotherm)is an essential test performance curve.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and cumbersome operation of PCT test system,a new PCT test system with adaptive cyclic pressure regulation was designed.This paper introduces the hardware structure design of the system,the basic test principle,a mathematical model and software structure design of the adaptive cyclic pressure regulation method,the data acquisition by using the USB-6002 data acquisition card to improve the accuracy of the collected data,and a test program based on Lab VIEW software with reasonable automatic test procedures is designed to reduce the difficulty of operation and improve the efficiency of automatic test.
