The Impact of Work-Family Balanced Human Resource Management Practice on Female Knowledge Employee Innovative Performance
This study,based on the Work-Family Resource Model,conducts an empirical analysis on the survey data of 273 female knowledge workers in technology enterprises to investigate the mediating mechanism of work-family balance human re-source management practices on the impact of female knowledge workers'innovative performance.The research findings show that work-family balance human resource management practices have a significant positive impact on female knowledge work-ers'innovative performance,with work flourishing serving as a mediator.Time leadership positively moderates the relationship between work-family balance human resource management practices and work flourishing,and has a moderating effect on the mediating role of work flourishing.The effects of work-family balance human resource management practices in different marital and family status groups of female knowledge workers are significantly different.The study's conclusions provide reference for organizations to care about the work and family situations of female knowledge workers and enhance their innovative perfor-mance through implementing work-family balance human resource management practices.
