Appraisal Case Analysis of Record Review System in China—A Case Study of the Record Review Work Report to Commission for Legislative Affairs of the Standing Committee
The transformation of the disclosure method of record review cases from sporadic feedback to report disclosure and public publication provides rich materials for record review case studies.However,facing an increasing number of review cases,determining the research paradigm and analytical approach has become the primary issue in promoting review case studies.The improvement of the record review system and capacity building requires the upgrading of the record review work process and methods.Based on this,the paper selected cases involving population and family planning regulations,analyzed the process and review logic of the case analysis of the record review model,and then determined the review structure of such cases with political review standards as the main and legal review standards as the auxiliary.At the same time,in terms of the universal application of appraisal case analysis,cases are used to testify that the order of the review logic of appraisal case analysis of record review is"Event-Permission-Content-Special case".
