摘要
习近平相对贫困治理观形成于我国贫困治理实践,具有历时性和共时性的演变特征,其融合了中华优秀传统文化的民本思想、马克思主义贫困治理理念和中国共产党的百年反贫困实践,集中展现了党中央团结带领全体人民实现共同富裕的"中国之治"和中国共产党人执政为民的深厚情怀.习近平相对贫困治理观不仅是新时期中国贫困治理场域的实践产物,也是新时代马克思主义贫困治理中国化的最新理论成果.探究习近平相对贫困治理观蕴含的现实意蕴与人民情怀,对实现共同富裕以及推进中国式现代化具有重大的理论意义和实践指导价值.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's relative poverty alleviation philosophy,formed in the practice of poverty governance in China,pos-sessing both diachronic and synchronic characteristics of evolution,integrates the people-oriented thought from China's excel-lent traditional culture,the Marxist concept of poverty alleviation,and the century-long anti-poverty practice of the Communist Party of China.It vividly demonstrates the"Chinese governance"led by the Central Committee of the Party to achieve common prosperity for the entire nation and the deep affection of the Communists for governing for the people.Xi Jinping's relative pover-ty alleviation philosophy is not only a practical product in the field of poverty alleviation in China's new era,but also the latest theoretical achievement of adapting Marxist poverty alleviation to the Chinese context in the new era.Exploring the practical im-plications and compassion for the people contained in Xi Jinping's relative poverty alleviation philosophy is of great theoretical significance and practical guiding value for the realization of common prosperity and the promotion of Chinese modernization.
