习近平法治思想指引下高校依法治校路径研究

摘要
高校依法治校是全面依法治国的重要组成部分.当前,高校依法治校面临难得的机遇,依法治校也取得了一定成效,但在现实中,仍然存在依法治校理念不深入、制度体系不完善、运行机制不健全、法治宣传教育不到位以及师生法律素养有待提升等问题.新形势下,高校需进一步推进依法治校,加强党对依法治校工作的全面领导,健全制度体系,完善内部治理,加强法律风险防控,加强法治队伍建设,形成依法治校良好氛围,切实推进高校治理体系和治理能力现代化.
Abstract
Promoting running higher education institutions by law is an inherent part of the comprehensive strategy of ad-vancing law-based governance of China.Currently,higher education institutions face a rare opportunity to run by law,and cer-tain achievements have been made in this regard.However,in reality,there are still issues such as the concept of running by law in higher education institutions not being deeply rooted,an imperfect system of institutions,an unsound operational mechanism,inadequate legal education and publicity,and the legal literacy of teachers and students needing to be improved.Under new cir-cumstances,higher education institutions need to further promote running by law,to strengthen overall CPC leadership in law-based governance in higher education institutions,improve the institutional system,perfect internal governance,enhance legal risk prevention and control,reinforce the construction of rule of law teams,and form a positive atmosphere for running by law in higher education institutions,effectively promoting the modernization of governance systems and capabilities of higher education institutions.
