Optimizing the Business Environment to Empower High-Quality Economic Development—Taking Bole City as an Example
Bole City is located in the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Peo-ple's Republic of China.In recent years,the City has made positive progress in deeply implementing both national and regional policies on deepening reform to streamline administration and delegate power,improve regulation,and upgrade services,creat-ing a market-oriented,rule-of-law-based,and internationalized business environment,and enhancing the confidence and com-petitiveness of enterprises.The results of the in-depth investigation on the business environment in Bole City conducted through data analysis,on-site visits,seminars,questionnaires,etc.show that the support for the elemental environment in Bole City has been continuously strengthened,the administrative environment has become more convenient and efficient,the quality and effi-ciency of the market environment construction have been further improved,the legal environment service and guarantee has been continuously improved,the achievements in the construction of the innovation environment have been further highlighted,but there are still some problems.In the future,we should continue to strengthen top-level design to continuously optimize the busi-ness environment by lowering the transaction costs of market entities and resolving the deep-seated contradictions in the busi-ness environment,thereby supporting high-quality economic development.
