摘要
随着机械工业的不断发展,对弹簧扁钢的综合性能提出了更高的要求,设计了弹簧扁钢的化学成分和生产工艺,以满足弹簧扁钢高强度、高韧性的要求.通过试验,产品表面质量和内在质量全部满足国家标准,各项性能指标满足用户要求.
Abstract
With the continuous development of mechanical industry,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive properties of spring steel.The chemical composition and production process of spring flat steel are designed to meet the re-quirements of high strength and high toughness of spring flat steel.Through the test,the product surface quality and internal quality all meet the national standards,the performance indicators to meet user requirements.
