摘要
汽车板簧自由淬火是国内近几年在行业内逐步开始应用的新技术,目前只有少数厂家在应用.通过多次的现场实践,总结出簧片自由淬火前热成型的变化规律,最终制定出符合本公司生产的热处理工艺,实现了正常生产的目标.
Abstract
Automotive leaf spring free quenching is domestic in recent years in the industry gradually began to apply the new technology,at present only a few manufacturers in the application.Through many on-site practice,summed up the reed free quenching before the change rule of thermoforming,and finally formulated in line with the company's production of heat treat-ment process,to achieve the goal of normal production.
