摘要

由于变电站高压开关柜的任何操作乃至复归一个信号都要往返十甚至百公里,导致开关柜操作效率低下.因此本文提出110千伏变电站高压开关柜一键顺控协同防误联锁智能操作应用.在变电站内布置一键顺控主机与智能防误主机等设备形成高压开关柜一键顺控协同防误联锁智能操作架构,采用磁感应传感器识别高压开关柜状态,控制一键顺控操作,并嵌入"五防"联锁操作程序完成防误联锁操作.实验结果表明,应用本文设计技术操作变电站主变压器检修作业,单项任务检修时间最多为5 min,具有优越的操作效率.

Abstract

Due to the fact that any operation or even resetting of a signal in the high-voltage switchgear of a substation requires a round-trip of ten or even a hundred kilometers,the operating efficiency of the switchgear is low.Therefore,this article pro-poses an intelligent operation application of one key sequential control collaborative anti error interlocking for high-voltage switchgear in 110 kV substations.Arrange one key sequential control host and intelligent error prevention host in the substa-tion to form a high-voltage switchgear one key sequential control collaborative error prevention interlocking intelligent opera-tion architecture.Magnetic induction sensors are used to identify the status of the high-voltage switchgear,control the one key sequential control operation,and embed the"five prevention"interlocking operation program to complete the error prevention interlocking operation.The experimental results show that using the technology designed in this article to operate the mainte-nance work of the main transformer in the substation,the maximum maintenance time for a single task is 5 minutes,which has superior operational efficiency.
