摘要
某钢厂可逆冷轧机组在轧制薄料时出现了带钢表面划伤问题,经调研发现场水质发生变化,从而引起乳化液状态偏移,析出油相的速度变慢,影响了轧制乳液的润滑性能,导致钢带表面划伤.同时,现场由于槽液长期停用易出现腐败问题.本文通过采用乳化液粒径分析、安定氧化测试和微生物挑战试验,研究并提升了轧制液油水分离特性以及抗氧化和抗腐败性能.通过对轧制油产品进行针对性优化,重新开发了新的轧制油产品,以适应现场水质和实际要求,最终解决了现场轧制划伤和轧制乳化液稳定性等问题,并提出了针对性的维护建议.
Abstract
A steel plant reversible cold rolling mill group in rolling thin material when the strip surface scratch problem,the re-search found that the field water quality changes,which caused the emulsion state shift,the precipitation of oil phase slows down,affecting the lubricating properties of the rolling emulsion,resulting in the strip surface scratches.At the same time,the site is prone to corruption problems due to long-term suspension of the tank fluid.In this paper,the oil-water separation char-acteristics as well as antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties of rolling emulsions were studied and enhanced by using emul-sion particle size analysis,stabilised oxidation test and microbial challenge test.Through targeted optimisation of rolling oil products,new rolling oil products were redeveloped to adapt to the water quality and actual requirements on site,and finally solved the problems of rolling scratches and rolling emulsion stability on site,and put forward targeted maintenance suggestions.
