摘要
本文以新疆某氧化铜矿为研究对象,探讨适宜的选矿方法.该铜矿成分复杂,铜矿物嵌布粒度极细,属于泥化严重,结合铜含量和硅含量较高的高氧化率的矿物.试验采用常温常压搅拌浸出处理该矿,探讨了液固比、硫酸用量、搅拌强度、浸出时间、浸出细度的影响,获得最佳试验效果,即在磨矿细度小于0.074 mm含量即小于200目的含量占84.47%、液固比4:1、硫酸2 mol/L,搅拌300 r/min的条件下浸出5h,铜浸出率可达86%,浸渣中铜品位为0.29%左右,浸液中铜离子浓度为2.51 g/L左右,取得了较好的浸出指标.
Abstract
This article takes a certain oxidized copper mine in Xinjiang as the research object and explores suitable beneficia-tion methods.The copper ore has a complex composition and extremely fine particle size distribution,belonging to a mineral with severe mudification and high oxidation rate combined with high copper and silicon content.The experiment used room temperature and atmospheric pressure stirring leaching to treat the ore,and explored the effects of liquid-solid ratio,sulfuric acid dosage,stirring intensity,leaching time,and leaching fineness.The best experimental results were obtained,that is,under the conditions of grinding fineness less than 0.074 mm,the content of less than 200 mesh accounts for 84.47%,liquid-solid ra-tio 4:1,sulfuric acid 2 mol/L,stirring 300 r/min,leaching for 5 hours,the copper leaching rate can reach 86%,and the copper grade in the leaching residue is about 0.29%,The concentration of copper ions in the leaching solution is about 2.51 g/L,achieving good leaching indicators.
