摘要
X80管线是一种高强度钢管,广泛应用于输气、输油等工业领域.从目前的应用现状来看,随着各项技术的发展以及管材强度级别的提高,对于管材的韧性要求也进一步提高.在实际应用中,尤其是在低温环境下,管线钢易受到冷脆性的影响,从而导致断裂.控制轧制工艺技术可以通过优化晶粒度和相组织,提高管线钢的低温韧性,从而增强其抗断裂能力,减少管道事故的发生.基于此,在本文的研究中,首先对X80管线钢的特点及发展历程进行分析,接着对X80管线钢低温韧性的影响因素展开探讨,最后结合目前的技术现状对基于控制轧制工艺技术的X80管线钢低温韧性优化措施深入分析.
Abstract
X80 pipeline is a kind of high-strength steel pipe,widely used in gas transmission,oil transmission and other indus-trial fields.From the current application status,with the development of various technologies and the improvement of the strength level of the pipe,the toughness requirements for the pipe are further improved.In practice,especially in a low temper-ature environment,pipeline steel is susceptible to cold embrittlement,which leads to fracture.Controlled rolling process tech-nology can improve the low-temperature toughness of pipeline steel by optimizing the grain size and phase organization,thus enhancing its fracture resistance and reducing the occurrence of pipeline accidents.Based on this,in the research of this pa-per,first of all,the characteristics and development history of X80 pipeline steel analysis,followed by X80 pipeline steel low-temperature toughness of the factors affecting the discussion,and finally combined with the current state of the art of X80 pipe-line steel low-temperature toughness optimization based on the control of rolling process technology,an in-depth analysis of the optimization of low-temperature toughness measures.
