供给侧改革背景下宝钢股份降成本对策研究

摘要
自改革开放以来,钢铁企业存货积压严重,成本居高不下,一定程度上影响了企业的正常运营.供给侧改革的提出为钢铁企业的发展指明了改革方向."三去一降一补"的改革目标能有效促使钢铁企业完成降成本、去产能等目标.本文选取了宝钢股份2015-2022年的数据,分析了宝钢股份成本现状以及产生原因,并提出了相应降低成本的对策建议.以期为我国钢铁企业在供给侧改革背景下更好地完成降成本目标提供借鉴.
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up,steel enterprises have had a serious inventory backlog and high costs,seriously af-fecting the normal operation of the enterprise.The proposal of supply side reform points out the direction of reform for the de-velopment of steel enterprises.The reform goal of"three reductions,one reduction,and one compensation"can effectively pro-mote steel enterprises to achieve goals such as cost reduction and capacity reduction.This article selects the data of Baosteel from 2015 to 2022,analyzes the current cost situation and causes of Baosteel,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to reduce costs.In order to provide reference for China's steel industry to better reduce costs in the context of supply side reform.
