摘要
随着社会经济不断发展和进步,人们对于生活质量的要求越来越高了.同时也对环境保护提出更高层次、更深要求的标准.既要做到节能减排与保护自然环境统一化、清洁生产与资源高效利用相结合,又要做到可持续发展原则等一系列新形势下碳中和技术在各个领域中都得到应用,这些应用使得碳中和理论研究更加具有实践意义.
Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of the social economy,people's requirements for the quality of life have become higher and higher.At the same time,they also put forward a higher level of environmental protection,deeper re-quirements of the standard.Both energy saving and emission reduction and the protection of the natural environment unifica-tion,cleaner production and efficient use of resources,but also to achieve the principle of sustainable development and a series of new situations under the carbon neutral technology in various fields have been applied,these applications make the carbon neutral theory research more practical significance.
