摘要
为了研究一种测定K384b铝合金样品中元素含量的新方法,本文旨在探究使用微波消解仪溶解K384b铝合金样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测试样品中的元素含量.实验结果各元素的线性相关系数良好,大于0.9999以上,RSD<1.5%,且回收率在90.33~104.01%.通过研究发现,该方法取样量小,试剂用量少,反应时间短,且准确度较高.
Abstract
In order to study a new method for determining the element content in K384b aluminum alloy samples,this article aims to explore the use of a microwave digestion instrument to dissolve K384b aluminum alloy samples,and to test the element content in the samples using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer.The experimental results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of each element were good,above 0.9999,RSD<1.5%,and the recovery rate was be-tween 90.33%and 104.01%.Through research,it has been found that this method has a small sample size,low reagent usage,short reaction time,and high accuracy.
