目前所采用的精炼炉钢包底吹氩装置大都是直接和外界的供气系统相连,无法对精炼炉钢包内的每个透气砖的供气量进行有效的调控.同时,由于缺乏额外的压力补偿装置,如果供气系统发生故障,将可能引发精炼炉钢包的反应速率降低.对此,本文将对当前精炼炉钢包底吹氩控制装置的设计和使用问题进行详细的探讨,从而找到一种全新的精炼炉钢包底吹氩控制装置.
Abstract
At present,most of the bottom argon blowing devices used in refining furnaces are directly connected to the external gas supply system,which cannot effectively regulate the gas supply volume of each breathable brick in the refining furnace la-dle.Meanwhile,due to the lack of additional pressure compensation devices,if the gas supply system malfunctions,it may cause a decrease in the reaction rate of the refining furnace ladle.This article will discuss in detail the design and usage issues of the current refining furnace ladle bottom blowing argon control device,in order to find a new refining furnace ladle bottom blowing argon control device.
