摘要
本文旨在研究和探讨港口机械钢结构拼装焊接的强度分析与优化方法.首先,详细介绍钢结构现场拼装流程,并针对焊材、焊接过程与焊缝质量进行阐述.其次,介绍钢结构拼装焊接技术焊接接头形式、焊接符号和焊接方法.再次,从强度的角度出发,对港口机械钢结构拼装焊接的强度进行了分析.最后,通过优化设计的方法,提出港口机械钢结构拼装焊接强度的优化方案.
Abstract
This paper aims to study and discuss the strength analysis and optimization method of port mechanical steel struc-ture assembly and welding.First of all,the field assembly process of steel structure is introduced in detail,and the welding ma-terial,welding process and welding quality are expounded.Then,the joint welding form,welding symbol of steel structure weld-ing assembly and welding method are introduced.Then,from the perspective of strength,the strength of the port mechanical steel structure assembly welding is analyzed.Finally,by optimizing the design,the welding strength of the port mechanical steel structure is proposed.
